After a 5 hour marathon meeting what did we learn? A budget passed in March has little effect on spending. Does anyone review million dollars purchases? Passing a warrant article gives free reign for the administration to spend without oversight? Is it time Londonderry adopt a Budget Committee that has some say and is not just advisory?
