Counterfeit Signs appearing in NH

With only a few hours left until the general election a number of counterfeit signs have been appearing in New Hampshire. The signs are using the logo of Don Bolduc with misleading information. The signs in question were paid for by the New Hampshire Democrat Party. Is this legal?
