Each meeting only has one agenda item listed below. I&#8217;ve added the test of the specific 91A exception for Mondays meeting. Sundays forecast calls for 4 to 8 inches of snow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sunday 2\/9\/2025<\/strong><br>NON-PUBLIC SESSION Discussion regarding open personnel positions (pursuant to RSA 91-A:3, II (b), (c)<br>and\/or (l))<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>II. Only the following matters shall be considered or acted upon in nonpublic session:<br>(b) The hiring of any person as a public employee.<br>(c) Matters which, if discussed in public, would likely affect adversely the reputation of any person, other than a member of the public body itself, unless such person requests an open meeting.
