If elected, one of the things I would like to be able to do would be to help move forward the ability for the public to make comments at the beginning and end of all meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I would also be more than happy to answer any questions raised during public comment at the Town Council meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I brought forth a Warrant Article addressing this issue in the 2024 Election and despite an overwhelmingly favorable vote the current Town Council chose to ignore it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If someone takes the time to go to a meeting they should be able to speak at any point during the meeting with questions. They should have the ability to raise a hand and be allowed to speak, within reason, and have concerns addressed. This may make meetings take a bit longer but I feel it is the right thing to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
