{"id":10403,"date":"2025-03-19T08:47:53","date_gmt":"2025-03-19T12:47:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/townunderground.com\/?p=10403"},"modified":"2025-03-19T08:47:55","modified_gmt":"2025-03-19T12:47:55","slug":"notice-for-site-walk-23-wilson-road","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/townunderground.com\/?p=10403","title":{"rendered":"NOTICE FOR SITE WALK &#8211; 23 Wilson Road"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>According to NH Revised Statutes Annotated 676:4,I (d) and the Town of Londonderry<br>Subdivision Regulations, it is required that all abutters to land intended for subdivision approval<br>be notified of the proposal,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You are hereby notified that a SITE WALK for a subdivision along Wilson Road, Map 16,<br>Lot 9, will be held by the Planning Board on March 20, 2025, at 4:00PM at the site, 23<br>Wilson Road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The site visit is a meeting of the Board and is open to the public. Its purpose is to assist the<br>Board members and other interested parties to become familiar with the property involved in the<br>application. Board members and other interested parties may, through the Board chairperson,<br>ask questions about, and the applicant may point out, site details pertaining to the application,<br>such as boundaries, contours, proposed buffers, driveways, etc. No other testimony will be<br>taken, and no other discussion should occur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Board will not be making any decisions during the site walk. The purpose of the walk is to<br>see and review the geometry of the proposed subdivision of the property within the Wilson Road<br>right-of-way.
