She believes these bills, particularly&nbsp;Senate Bills <a href=\"https:\/\/gc.nh.gov\/house\/legislation\/billinfo.aspx?id=1016&amp;sy=\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/gc.nh.gov\/house\/legislation\/billinfo.aspx?id=1016&amp;sy=\">84<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/gc.nh.gov\/house\/legislation\/billinfo.aspx?id=1056&amp;sy=\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/gc.nh.gov\/house\/legislation\/billinfo.aspx?id=1056&amp;sy=\">163<\/a>, would&nbsp;remove essential local control&nbsp;over zoning and development from individual towns. Perez argues that a&nbsp;one-size-fits-all approach is detrimental&nbsp;given the varied nature of New Hampshire communities and expresses concern that towns would be&nbsp;prevented from enacting necessary measures like moratoriums.
