Londonderry\u2019s Planned Use Development (PUD) ordinance was discussed by the Town Council at its Monday meeting.The ordinance is a zoning device that can allow for high-density residential, commercial and industrial parcels within a large area. Town Solar Ordinance Being Drafted by Planning, Utilities<\/a>\u200b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At a recent Londonderry Planning Board workshop meeting, one of the agenda items was the discussion of a solar ordinance draft.Planning Board member Lynn Wiles, who also chairs the Utilities Committee, explained that the town had formed a subcommittee focused on energy.\u201cAs part of that committee we had an energy subcommittee,\u201d Wiles said during the [\u2026]<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Londonderry Fish and Game Hosts Annual Kids Fishing Derby<\/a>\u200b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Londonderry Fish and Game Club opened its gates and its pond to young residents for their annual Kids Fishing Derby. The small pond on the property was loaded with plenty of trout for young anglers to try and catch. There was a three-fish limit and prizes were awarded in a number of categories. Lancer Softball Remains Perfect Through Week Three<\/a>\u200b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

They now head into the second half at 9-0.The Lancers had shutouts wins over Winnacunnet and Goffstown as well as a 15-1 rout over the Bedford Bulldogs to remain undefeated.
