The Londonderry Town website is becoming a popular gathering place. Not by those you would expect, a different group of individuals have taken a liking to the site…the computer Hacker community.<\/div>\n

Londonderry Town website Hacked for 5th Time, May 23, 2010<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

\u00a0The Londonderry Town website has been hacked 5 times since June of 2009. The site was first hacked\u00a0by ‘Red Eye ownz you’\u00a0on July 6, 2009. The history og hacking:<\/p>\n

\nFebruary 6, 2010 ‘Fatal Error ownz you!’
\nMay 17, 2010 ‘Hacked By S3N4TOR’
\nMay 23,2010 ‘Hacked By DoGuLuBeLa’<\/p>\n

This latest hack also added an audio file that plays when a persons visits the Town website. Colorful lyrics such as ‘Get your a*** on my f***ing dance floor’ and ‘I swag it while I counting the money’<\/p>\n

The Town of Londonderry employs a contract IT company to supply it’s IT and computer technology needs. The Town has also decided to host the their website on it’s own server at Town Hall, maybe it’s time for some changes?<\/p>\n

Update:<\/strong> 5\/23\/2010 7:50AM. The Town Website is back online, not bad, the July Hack took the site down for much longer.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
