Below is response from our new $500 Town Attorney when asked to release a legal opinion. This opinion is being used by the majority of the Town Council (Dunn, Faber, and Combes) to justify the creation of a Legal Sub-Committee. A committee that has not met in public and is not reporting on their activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, I’d like to know who rendered the opinion, when it was requested, and received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For reference these are the RSA’s the attorney cited, I’m not sure how IV applies, but I’m not making $500 and hour<\/p>\n\n\n\n RSA 91-A:5 IV RSA 91-A:5 XII
