    2. Receive a presentation from the Department of Public Works and Consultant Kimley Horn regarding the Pavement Condition Index (PCI). (Deputy Director of Public Works James Danis)<\/em>
      The DPW contracted with Kimley Horn to complete a review of all the pavement in Londonderry to get an accurate representation of the current conditions. This presentation will describe the results and takeaways, as well as how the DPW will use this information moving forward to develop a formalized road program for the town. – This agenda item will be amended once supporting documents are available.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Review and Consider Approval of the Tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement with IAFF Local 3160, Subject to Voter Approval of the Cost Items. (Acting Town Manager Kim Bernard \/ Finance Director Justin Campo)<\/em>
      The Town Council will review and consider approval of the tentative successor collective bargaining agreement between the Town of Londonderry and IAFF Local 3160 for the period July 1st, 2027, through June 30th, 2030 to be placed on the March 2027 ballot. The agreement was ratified by the union membership on October 15th, 2026. Any approval by the Town Council would be subject to voter approval of the applicable cost items at the March 2027 Town Meeting.

        This item is being continued from the November 2 Town Council meeting where Councilor Bouchard invoked Councilor privilege on this item.<\/mark>

        Per the notice of decision issued by the Planning Board on April 8, 2026, the Town Council needs to approve an Off-Site Improvements Agreement for the new development proposed by Procopio at 36 and 44 Pillsbury Road. This Agreement describes the developers’ obligations for improving public infrastructure to include roadway improvements, signage, pavement marking, and other traffic management measures.
