The video is edited to include only comments made by Jonathan Esposito and Glenn Douglas, both of which questioned the new town Council rules regarding public comment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both residents spoke during public comment. After public comment Chairman John Farrell closed public comment and Councilor Jim Butler took issue with the several comments. While Councilor Butler addressed Douglas and Esposito directly the Chair refused to allow either to respond to the accusations made against them. While Douglas and Esposito were gaveled down as out of order others supporting the the comments of Councilor Butler were not.
