TOWN OF LONDONDERRY TOWN COUNCIL NON-PUBLIC MEETING MINUTES \u2013 APRIL 10, 2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Present: Chairman John Farrell, Vice Chairman Chad Franz, Councilor Jim Butler, Councilor Ted Combes, Councilor Ron Dunn, Town Manager Michael Malaguti, Assistant Town Manager Kellie Caron:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Discussion<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having voted in public session to enter nonpublic session under RSA 91-A:3, II(m) (\u201cConsideration of whether to disclose minutes of a nonpublic session\u2026\u201d), the Council, Town Manager, and Assistant Town Manager moved into the Town Manager\u2019s conference room on the second floor of Town Hall. The Town Manager presented each Councilor with copies of the minutes of the following nonpublic sessions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 10\/18\/21 (issue of the Assistant Town Manager\u2019s compensation)

The Council reviewed the minutes and discussed possible redactions. The Town Manager gave advice about how the Council could proceed to unseal the minutes once returning to public session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The non public session ended and the Council returned to public session.
