In 2003 deed restrictions were added to preserve the property. Flier claims the restrictions make the property financially unviable. Flier had previously proposed a bank to the Planning Board, that plan was denied. The property was previously rented by the Londonderry Democrat Party, but currently has no tenant. Flier has worked with the Town Manager over the last few months seeking a solution to the deed restrictions.
