now<br>\u2022 Avoid any \u201cno where to play\u201d scenarios<br>\u2022 \u201cNot a matter if \u2013 it\u2019s a matter of when\u201d \u2013 High School Team<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If 10-court is not an option, then Fully fund the 6-court facility<br>\u2022 Remove the lighting &amp;
