This was a continuation from the 11\/4 meeting <a href=\"https:\/\/townunderground.com\/?p=4157\">Planning Board to Define a \u2018Hospital\u2019 and where they can be located<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interestingly the Town Council placed these two items on their agenda two days prior to the public hearing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Town Council 12\/4\/2023 Agenda<br>D. NEW BUSINESS<br>1. Ordinance #2023-06 \u2013 An Amendment to the Londonderry Zoning Ordinance Relative to Section 4.6.3 Floodplain Overlay District (First Reading) (Kellie Caron, Assistant Town Manager &amp; Director of Economic<br>Development)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Ordinance #2023-07 \u2013 An Amendment to the Londonderry Zoning Ordinance Relative to Adding \u201cHospital\u201d as a Permitted Use in the Gateway Business District (First Reading) (Kellie Caron, Assistant Town Manager &amp; Director of Economic Development)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Town Council also refused to answer questions questions asked during public comment about the two items. They also waived the first reading of the ordinances and scheduled a public hearing on 12\/18, before knowing the outcome of the Planning Boards hearing. The planning Board approved each as written and recommended them to the Town council.
