Why is the town publicizing Articles 1 through 17, but making no mention of Article 17 through 22 in the <a href=\"https:\/\/townunderground.com\/?p=7914\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/townunderground.com\/?p=7914\">Londonderry Lantern<\/a>? Why can no one from the town articulate the possible implications of <a href=\"https:\/\/townunderground.com\/?p=7837\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/townunderground.com\/?p=7837\">Article 21<\/a>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Is the Town Withholding Information Prior to an Election?\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/IsCoIU7CGqI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Why did Town Council Chairman John Farrell state that the Town only had 48 hours to review citizens petition prior to the Deliberative Session? The petitions were delivered to Town Hall on 1\/9\/2023 the Deliberative Session was held on 2\/10\/2024. Chairman Farrell had &#8216;multiple meetings&#8217; with attorneys and the state to &#8216;understand&#8217; these petitions.
