At the last May 20th Town Council meeting it was stated by Councilor John Farrell that 99% of town meetings are recorded. Councilor Farrell revised his estimate at the June 3rd meeting, stating that 80% of meetings are recorded. That math does not add up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
