This assertion is at is absolutely FALSE. The Town Council held a public hearing on ALL warrant articles prior to the Deliberative Session. All warrant articles were discussed at the Deliberative Session on February 10, 2024 the vote on warrant articles took place a month later on March 12, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr Defransisco states that the voters only the &#8216;advisors&#8217; and not the &#8216;decision makers&#8217;.
