{"id":9546,"date":"2024-10-23T07:24:27","date_gmt":"2024-10-23T11:24:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/townunderground.com\/?p=9546"},"modified":"2024-10-23T07:24:29","modified_gmt":"2024-10-23T11:24:29","slug":"unposted-public-hearing-removal-of-barn-10-25-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/townunderground.com\/?p=9546","title":{"rendered":"Unposted Public Hearing &#8211; Removal of Barn, 10\/25\/2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.londonderrynh.gov\/heritagehistoric-district-commission\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.londonderrynh.gov\/heritagehistoric-district-commission\">Heritage\/Historic District Commission<\/a> will be holding an unposted Public Hearing concerning the removal of the barn on 2 Litchfield Road on Friday 10\/25\/2024 at 7PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As of 10\/23\/2024 the hearing has not been posted on the Town <a href=\"https:\/\/www.londonderrynh.gov\/calendar\/month\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.londonderrynh.gov\/calendar\/month\">calendar<\/a>, or the legal notice page and it was not published in the Londonderry Times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the 10\/21\/2024 Town Council meeting the Council approved adding an additional alternate member. At the meeting it was stated that commission needed to hold more meetings. Meetings have been a challenge due to quorum requirements that cannot be met. There was no mention of the special meeting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Heritage Commission <a href=\"https:\/\/townunderground.com\/?p=9131\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/townunderground.com\/?p=9131\">denied a previous request<\/a> on 7\/25\/2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Is the meeting actually unposted? To adhere to the letter of the law the meeting must be posted at Town Hall and a local paper.
