Reviewing agendas the implementation of Article 18 is poor at best. Only 3 boards added two sessions for public comment. 13 boards do not allow public comment, or do not have it as part of their agenda. Although Article 18 was amended at the Deliberative Session to be ‘Advisory Only’ the residents came out and voted, board committee chairpersons clearly did not listen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
