The committee is required to hold a minimum of six meetings per year, to date, only one meeting took place. The meeting on 6\/24\/2024 officers were elected and members discussed better communication and a wish to keep other boards up to date with projects. The Assistant Town Manager noted that the CIP Plan needed to be completed by the fall before &#8216;Budget Season&#8217; to be used a a budgeting tool. Former Town Manager Michael Malaguti said he wanted to be more involved in committee.
