There was no public comment permitted at the meeting. All contracts were approved and will be discussed at the 2\/8\/2025 Town Deliberative Session a final vote by residents will be held on 3\/11\/2024. All the agreements have the following common denominators: All are 3 year contracts, the Town will continues to pay 100% of the employees health insurance premium in years 1 and 2. In year 3 there will be a cost sharing where the employees will pay 5% and the town will pay 95% of the premium. The one exception is TAP who currently cost share with a 96% \/ 4% split. There were no changes to HSA plans. Three is an increase in the health insurance opt-out $5,000 for an employee, $10,000 for 2 person coverage, and $12,000 for family coverage. Current levels of paid sick, vacation, and holiday pay have been maintained. Bereavement leave has been expanded to include additional family members. The CBA&#8217;s are listed below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Approval of Tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement with the AFSCME Local 1801<\/strong> &#8211; Agreement includes Department of Public Works (DPW) and Town Office Staff; department assistants, town clerks, custodians and facility managers for LPD.<br>Year one 2.5% Cost of living increase (COLA)<br>Year two 2.5% Cost of living increase (COLA)<br>Year three 2.5% Cost of living increase (COLA)<br>Step scale has been changed.<br>FY26 Budget increase next year $87,071 &#8211; 1.4 cents additional on the tax rate<br>FY27 Budget increase next year $110,988 &#8211; 1.8 cents additional on the tax rate<br>FY28 Budget increase next year $84,243 &#8211; 1.4 cents additional on the tax rate<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Approval of Tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement with AFSCME Council 93 Unit B \u2013 Londonderry Administrative Employees Association (L.A.E.A.) Town Administrative Personnel (T.A.P.)<\/strong> &#8211; Agreement includes Town Office and Administrative staff Middle Management<br>Year one 2.7% Cost of living increase (COLA)<br>Year two and three Cost of living increase (COLA) is tied to CPI. No less than 1% but no greater than 2.5 <br>One time $7,000 cost adjustment to the Environmental Engineer position. Wage range has been adjusted.<br>FY26 Budget increase $52,491 &#8211; 0.9 cents additional on the tax rate<br>FY27 Budget increase $77,081 &#8211; 1.3cents additional on the tax rate<br>FY28 Budget increase $77,672 &#8211; 1.3 cents additional on the tax rate<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Approval of Tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Londonderry Association of Police Supervisors (L.A.P.S.)<\/strong> &#8211; New CBA this year. includes LPD Deputy Chief and Captains, Para Legals, IT Coordinator and administrative staff<br>Year one no Cost of living increase (COLA) or merit increase. All positions receive a one time salary adjustment.<br>Year two Cost of living increase (COLA) is tied to CPI. No less than 1.5 % but no greater than 3%<br>Year three Cost of living increase (COLA) is tied to CPI. No less than 1.5 % but no greater than 2.5%<br>Year one one-time salary range adjustment<br>Year two Salary range increase 3%<br>Year three Salary range increase 2.5%<br>Y26 Budget increase $82,018 &#8211;  1.4 cents additional on the tax rate<br>FY27 Budget increase $127,054 &#8211;  2.1cents additional on the tax rate<br>FY28 Budget increase $99,958 &#8211; 1.6 cents additional on the tax rate<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Approval of Tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement with Londonderry Executive Employees<\/strong> Association (L.E.E.A.) &#8211; Agreement includes Department Heads<br>Year one one-time salary adjusted new rate<br>Year two and three Cost of living increase (COLA) is tied to CPI. No less than 1 % but no greater than 2.5%<br>Year one one-time salary range adjustment<br>Year two and three Salary range increase 2.5%<br>FY26 Budget increase next year $66.239 &#8211;  1.1cents additional on the tax rate<br>FY27 Budget increase next year $61,599 &#8211;  1 cents additional on the tax rate<br>FY28 Budget increase next year $46,045 &#8211; 0.8 cents additional on the tax rate<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Approval of Tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement with AFSCME Council 93 \u2013 Londonderry Administrative Employees Association (L.A.E.A.) Public Safety<\/strong> &#8211; Agreement includes LFD Assistant  Chief, Deputy Chief, Battalion Chiefs, and Fire Preventions<br>Year one 2.5% Cost of living increase (COLA)<br>Year two Cost of living increase (COLA) is tied to CPI. No less than 1 % but no greater than 2.5%<br>Year three Cost of living increase (COLA) is tied to CPI. No less than 1 % but no greater than 2%<br>Additional certifications recognized EMT\/Paramedic $1,000 for exempt employee $750 for non exempt employees. EMT-I or EMT-A $250.
