How many bids does the town receive when they only post the invitation to bid on the Town Hall bulletin board? Town bids are posted HERE but this one did not make the list.
Update 4/4/2022: The Londonderry Town Manager responded to this post:
“That’s actually not right, this bid was posted on the website at 12:00 a.m. on 3/3 and closed at 2:00 p.m on 3/21. This is confirmed by the fact that the town received numerous bid request forms through the website.Due to a technical issue the bid did not appear in the closed bids section after it closed. Thank you for pointing that out.The Finance Director or I would have been happy to clarify this had you reached out.“
It appears that the town website is having technical difficulties. I follow the bids on the site, and received notifications of other bids:
Since there was no notification of bid posted here I assumed it had not been posted. That assumption was incorrect. In the future I will be contacting the Town Manager first to confirm postings.
