(Owner and Applicant; 34 Nashua Road, Tax Map 10 Lot 52, Zoned PUD), and Pillsbury Realty Development, LLC (Owner and Applicant; 15 Pillsbury Road, Tax Map 10 Lot 41, Zoned PUD) – Conceptual Discussion of proposed improvements: Subarea WC-1-GL and a driveway connection to Pillsbury Road.
