Supervisors of the Checklist

Be available to accept new registrations from the public
Review new voter registrations
Enter approved new voter registrations
Review and make approved changes from requests for name, party, and address changes.
Review notices from Out of State, town moves and NH Vital Records for potential voter removal.
Remove approved ineligible voters from digital and physical files.
Send 30-day notices to any potentially ineligible voters.
Process 30-day notices from previous sessions and remove approved ineligible voters from digital and
physical files.
Retain physical files for 7 years.
Remind public that today is the LAST day to change party ahead of the Presidential Primary.
Print out updated alpha list
Other business including review of NCOA list as well as additional evidence of potentially ineligible
voters.
