The Londonderry Town Council chose to take no action after State Rep Kristine Perez questioned Londonderry’s voter roles. Perez stated that only recently have 1,200 removed from the voter check-list. These names have been on the check-list since 2018. Perez alleges that possibly 90 non Londonderry resident voted in 2020. Perez has asked that the check-list be updated more frequently and notices be sent to residents who may have moved out of town.
The Town Council chose to take no action, The chairman asked Perez if she had files charges with the State Attorney General. Perez stated she is in the process, but her priority was to work with the Supervisors of the Checklist to cleanup the checklist.
