Londonderry/ Windham District 35 Recount?

Will there be a recount in the newly formed District 35 State Representative district? The district is shared by Londonderry and Windham. The unofficial results for both districts are below

Roger Fillio garnered 2,108 combined votes, whereas Julius F. Soti received 2,111. Soti appears to have won the election by 3 votes.
