At the February 5, 2024 Town Council meeting a resident asked about the progress in posting 91A requests. Councilor Farrell responded that the majority of the information would be posted on the website by the end of the week. Over a month later and we are still waiting for any information from 2023 to be posted.
A new 91-A Right-to-Know page has been created along with a new policy, but little information has been posted in the 91-A Right-to-Know Log

I checked the page this morning and saw a few more were posted.
Progress is a bit slow
Two weeks later, no more have been posted.
This is the latest from the Town Council Chairman. I had asked when the posting of the 2023 data would be completed. Town Council Chairman Chad Franz responded:
I acknowledge the delay in processing 91A requests has been longer than expected, and I personally regret any inconvenience this may cause. We are actively working to complete this task efficiently and in compliance with legal standards.
Balancing transparency with responsible resource use is our goal, as it’s fundamental to maintaining trust and accountability. Your understanding and input are invaluable as we navigate these challenges.
Please feel free to share any further insights or suggestions.
Still little action by the Town Council.
