UPDATED 3/21/2023. I have been informed that the rules posted on the Town Council website have been superseded by rules adopted in 2017. The 2017 rules are not posted, I have contacted the Town Manager for a updated rules. The updated rules will be posted when received. Rules of Procedure – The Council shall establish rules for its proceedings voting shall be duly recorded. All votes shall be recorded by roll call except votes on procedural matters.
