At the 3/20/2023 Town Council Chairman began Public Comment by reminding residents of the rules of public comment. Many of these rules were new to long time followers of the Town Council.
The currently published rules for public comment are much more abbreviated and dated 2012.
Public Comment – The public will be afforded the ability to provide input to the Council during the session. These comments are to be directed to the Chairman and are not intended to be a platform for debate.
RULES OF ORDER TOWN COUNCIL LONDONDERRY, NEW HAMPSHIRE Section 5 D

These are the rules provided by the Town manager on 3/22/2023
