Cell Phone Use by Board Members During Public Meetings

A number of people have asked should cell phones be used by board members during public meetings?

In a presentation to Londonderry town boards in 2017 Stephen C Buckley, Esq from the New Hampshire Municipal Association suggested the short answer is no to put the cell phones away.
