The Londonderry View recently released a new video detailing their plans for 2025. The local show is filmed at the Cable Access Center and broadcast locally as well as on YouTube with a Facebook page. The show is hosted by Londonderry Town Clerk Sherry Farrell, Assistant Town Clerk Debbie Desrochers, and Assistant Town Clerk Carol Murphy.
To quote host Sherry Farrell ‘The Londonderry View will always be positive and supportive’ that appears to only be on camera for some.
Co-host Debbie Desrochers recently commented on the Elect Deb Paul for Londonderry Town Council Facebook page in reference to candidate Paul:
I totally agree! She was a train wreck on the council! But none of her “sheep” want to discuss facts! They only go after others, spread rumors and disinformation. They are a cancer in our town!
January 24, 2025While everyone is entitled to their opinion, calling supporters of Deb Paul ‘Sheep’ and ‘Cancer in our Town’ is just a little over the top and certainly not ‘positive and supportive’ but the comment made off-camera.
The Londonderry View has contacted all candidates running for office and recorded a new show with candidates running for office, not all candidates participated.
While everyone is entitled to their opinions it does bring into question a possible bias of one of The Londonderry View hosts.
At the 3/3/2025 Town Council Meeting host Sherry Farrell lectured the audience on the negativity in town. Maybe the View should lead by example.
