For those of you who have been following the Planned Unit Development Ordinance (PUD) the Town Council will hold a first reading of the ordinance at the 4/6/2026 Town Council Meeting. The proposed amendments to the ordinance was moved from the Planning Board to the Town Council on 3/24/2026. A summary of the amendments is below. The Town Council will hold Public Comment at the beginning and end of the meeting.
