Town Property Revaluations to Begin in Summer of 2025

The Town will start the process of property revaluations next summer. At present residential values are continuing to increasing while commercial values continue to fall.
Yes we are scheduled to do a full statistical revaluation in 2025. This will take place over the summer of 2025. New values will be reflected in the final tax bills for the 2025 tax year. In regards to the commercial/residential assessments, as of right now the market is indicating that residential properties are continuing to increase at a more rapid rate than commercial properties. However, we will not know for sure until the revaluation is final.
