At their meeting on Monday, March 3, 2025, the Londonderry Town Council voted to offer the position of Londonderry Town Manager to Shaun Mulholland effective June 1, 2025.
Mulholland will come to Londonderry with over 27 years of accomplished municipal experience. He currently serves as City Manager of Lebanon, New Hampshire, a position he has held since 2018. Prior to his tenure in Lebanon, he was Chief of Police and later Town Administrator in Allenstown, New Hampshire. Mulholland holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and government and a Master of Public Administration, both from the University of New Hampshire. Mulholland was a recipient of the 2015 New Hampshire Municipal Association (NHMA) Russ Marcoux Municipal Advocate of the Year Award, honoring a municipal official’s non-partisan advocacy in the state legislative space. In 2024, he received the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) Veterans Recognition Award, given to veterans who make significant contributions as local government officials.
Police Chief Kim Alan Bernard will continue in his capacity as Acting Town Manager until Mulholland assumes the position on June 1.
