(continued from May 7, 2025 meeting)

A. Conceptual non-binding discussion for the construction of outdoor pickleball courts and indoor tennis courts. 1, 2, 3 and 5 Highlander Way (Map 28, Lots 010 and 014) zoned commercial II (C-II). Executive Health and Sports Center (applicant).
V. Other Business
A. Public Hearing on amendments to the Londonderry Zoning Ordinance, Site Plan Regulations and Subdivision Regulations relating to the definition of abutter. The following sections are proposed to be amended:
Site Plan Regulations – Section 1.04 – Definitions
Subdivision Regulations – Section 1.04 – Definitions
B. Public Hearing on amendments to the Londonderry Site Plan Regulations relating to Off Street Parking
and Loading requirements for multifamily workforce housing. The following sections are proposed to be
amended:
Site Plan Regulations – Section 3.09 Table B – Off Street Parking & Loading
C. Public Hearing on amendments to the Londonderry Zoning Ordinance relating to Solar Energy Collection Systems. A new ordinance is proposed for Solar Energy Collection Systems, proposed Section 5.22 of the Zoning Ordinance.
