- Discuss and approve the inter-municipal agreement between the Town and the School District for the lease of the School District Office building addition to the Town Hall. (Acting Town Manager Kim Bernard)
This is a lease agreement between the Town of Londonderry and the Londonderry School District for the SAU office building currently under construction. It lays out the terms of occupancy, establishes expectations of each party, and describes all financial and cost-sharing arrangements. Because this is technically an agreement between two entirely different municipal organizations, this lease is required to be approved by the State of New Hampshire under RSA 53-A. It is currently being reviewed by the state.
