New Facebook page for Library Trustee candidate Moira Ryan
Hello! My name is Moira Ryan and I am running for Library Trustee! As a kid, the library was a haven for me because there were so many stories to be read and so much imagination to be experienced. Now, with the advent of e-readers, things have changed. Our library has done a wonderful job of remaining relevant and supplying our citizens with wonderful programs like the summer reading program, movie nights, etc. In addition, the library has expanding offerings to include games, recreational hammocks, and puzzle sharing. I would like our library to continue to thrive. I am a mom to an autistic son and two lovable dogs a Scottish terrier and a Corgi. I have a Master’s in Education from Columbia University and a Master’s In Business Administration which enables me to read budgets and tax impacts. Our library needs exemplary stewards to guide it through the changing times ahead. I would like to help with that journey. Please vote for me at the gym on March 12, 2024!
