The Londonderry Planning Board will hold a public hearing on May 1, 20204 at 7:00 PM
Public hearing on an application for formal review of a site plan and conditional use permit to construct an approximately 89,000 square foot behavioral health hospital along with associated site improvements. 6 & 10 Innovation Way (Map 28, Lots 17 & 17-1) zoned gateway business (GB), Ballinger Properties, LLC and Five N Associates GP (owner) and Tarrytown Real Estate Holdings, Inc. (applicant).
A bit of history on this one. The Public Hearing notice is not ‘Misinformation and Conspiracies’ it’s a little bit more vanilla.
I emailed the Planning Board on 11/30/2023 asking about a social media post on Londonderry NH Moms dated 11/29/2023 concerning a ‘144 bed inpatient psychiatric and substance abuse hospital in Londonderry’ the Chair of the Planning Board, Art Rugg, responded
I would say that you are dealing with mostly misinformation. Some individuals do thrive on conspiracy and misinformation to satisfy their own agenda. There has been no site plan submitted.
A follow up email to the Town Manager, Assistant Town Manager, Planning Board Chair, Town Council Chair and Planning Director on 12/4//2023 asking if anyone was aware of a project moving forward received NO response.
Surprisingly, or not, the Town Council approved a zoning amendment in which a ‘144 bed facility’ was presented to the Council Public Hearing and Project Presentation adding “Hospital” as a Permitted Use on 12/18/2023.
Now five months later the public will see clearly others in town government were privy too many months ago but dismissed as ‘misinformation and conspiracies’.
