According to NH Revised Statutes Annotated 676:4,I (d) and the Town of Londonderry
Subdivision Regulations, it is required that all abutters to land intended for subdivision approval
be notified of the proposal,
You are hereby notified that a SITE WALK for a subdivision along Wilson Road, Map 16,
Lot 9, will be held by the Planning Board on March 20, 2025, at 4:00PM at the site, 23
Wilson Road.
The site visit is a meeting of the Board and is open to the public. Its purpose is to assist the
Board members and other interested parties to become familiar with the property involved in the
application. Board members and other interested parties may, through the Board chairperson,
ask questions about, and the applicant may point out, site details pertaining to the application,
such as boundaries, contours, proposed buffers, driveways, etc. No other testimony will be
taken, and no other discussion should occur.
The Board will not be making any decisions during the site walk. The purpose of the walk is to
see and review the geometry of the proposed subdivision of the property within the Wilson Road
right-of-way. The Board will continue deliberations of the subdivision application during the
scheduled Public Hearing on April 2, 2025, at 7PM in the Moose Hill Council Chambers of the
Town Hall (268B Mammoth Road).
Please note that the plans and files for the above referenced project are available for review by
the public in the Planning & Economic Development Department Office, second floor of the
Town Hall.
