A. Public hearing on an application for formal review and reapproval of an expired site plan for the construction of 7,200 SF warehouse and wholesale building and associated site improvements, Three Enterprise Drive, Map 15 Lot 62-3, Zoned C-II, 3 Enterprise Drive, LLC (Owner & Applicant).
B. Public hearing on an application for formal review of a lot consolidation and subdivision resulting in 9 new lots, along with associated site improvements. Old Rum Trail, Buyck Avenue & Ash Street, Map 10, Lots 45, 46, 47, 48, 50, 57, 58 & 62 zoned Industrial I (IND-I), Woodmont Commons PUD. C. Public Hearing on amendments to the Londonderry Site Plan Regulations relating to Off Street Parking
