The Town of Londonderry issued a press release on 10/29/2026 at 2:52 PM Press Release: October 28, 2026 Release of Investigative Reports – Town Manager Shaun Mulholland
The release contained 503 pages of information.
While I have not read all the documents there is some very concerning information that was released. According to todays Union Leader Former Londonderry town manager Shaun Mulholland bullied staff, report says the Town Council met on Monday 10/26/2026 in a non public meeting and agreed to release the information at an ‘unspecified time’. The article also states that Councilor Bouchard was not allowed to attend the meeting remotely. In addition it was stated that only a ‘summary document’ was made available to the council.
Who approved the Press Release?
Did the Town Council review these reports before release?
Should the Council have reviewed the documents?
It seems that the public is once again left with a number of questions, and 503 pages of information to digest
The Union Leader has filed a Right-to-Know request for correspondence among councilors related to the investigations and the release of the findings of the reports.
