About
It is the policy of the Town of Londonderry to encourage citizens to bring forward concerns regarding misconduct by Town personnel and officials. This page outlines the procedures for receiving, investigating, and processing complaints regarding Town personnel and officials. The process for the filing of complaints and the investigation of those complaints is outlined in policy ADM-126: Complaints & Investigations.
If you are trying to report an issue unrelated to the conduct of Town personnel or its officials, please visit our Ask a Question form.
