a. June 15, 2026; Moose Hill Council Chambers; 7 p.m.
– Public Hearing: Receive public input, discuss, and approve the 2027-2029 Strategic Plan
– Public Hearing: Receive public input, discuss, and accept unanticipated revenue in accordance with RSA 31:95-b, III(a) in the amount of $45,000 for the Comprehensive Opioid Stimulant and Substance Abuse Site-Based Program (COSSA) Grant from the New Hampshire Department of Justice, including acceptance of the amended grant terms.
– Discuss the request from a resident, sponsored by Councilor Bouchard to develop a policy for communication with legal counsel
– Presentation of petition to form a Water Special Assessment District
– Discuss and act upon the request from the Library Board of Trustees for additional funding for repairs to the library building envelope and the Phase 2 HVAC replacement project costs. Discuss and approve the transfer of funds from the Expendable Maintenance Trust Fund to the General Fund to offset a portion of the cost of the repairs.
– Discuss and act upon the funding request for the repairs to the roof and facia of Fire Station 2. Discuss and approve the transfer of funds from the Expendable Maintenance Trust Fund to the General Fund to offset a portion of the cost of the repairs.
b. July 6, 2026; Moose Hill Council Chambers; 7 p.m.
– Discuss petition for request to reclassify the cul-de-sac on Ashley Dr. to a public right of way
– Request from the Town Manager to withdraw funds from the Transportation Capital Reserve Fund for traffic and speed counting devices
