Former Londonderry town manager Shaun Mulholland was fired in a 3-2 Town Council vote in September.ry town manager Shaun Mulholland was fired in a 3-2 Town Council vote in September.
Lawyers started investigating claims of misconduct against Mulholland after the town received two anonymous complaints earlier in the year regarding his behavior.
According to paperwork, Mulholland was accused of creating a hostile work environment and intimidating employees.
The lawyers concluded there was no evidence to support the claims. But the council said one lawyer found enough evidence to sustain allegations of bullying, violating town policies and interfering with investigations into his conduct.
Another hearing on this petition is scheduled for Nov. 12 in Rockingham Superior Court.
