Secretary of State Announces Ten Towns and City Wards Randomly Selected for Post-Election Audit
The audit will be publicly conducted at the New Hampshire State Archives.
CONCORD, NH (September 10, 2024): The Secretary of State has randomly selected the ballot counting devices in the following towns and city wards for a post-election audit in accordance with SB 489 (2024) and Ballot Law Commission Order 2023-3:

Date and Time of Audit: Wednesday, September 11, at 1pm

Date and Time: Thursday, September 12, at 8am

The moderators in each location were notified after polls opened on September 10. Members of the public and media are welcome to observe the audits. Just one device from each location will be audited.
