• Discuss how funds received for 35 Gilcreast Road will be used.
• Revisit warrant articles that passed in 2024, Budget Committee and elected planning board.
• Have a joint School Board/Town Council/Library Trustee/Budget Committee meeting in the summer.
• Have separate attorneys for the Council and Town.
• Appoint two councilors as liaisons for union negotiations.
• Evaluate plans for infrastructure, natural resources, and water.
• Prepare for cable fees being cut/eliminated.
