At the May, 12, 2026 Planning Board meeting Ryan Ouellette requests a more efficient way to access documents before meeting begin to allow for thorough research. The current process provides limited data until the actual meeting, leaving participants struggling to catch up with new information in real time. Ouellette suggests utilizing OneDrive cloud storage through their existing professional software accounts to create shared folders for all committee members. While the town acknowledges this need, officials explain that they are still working on integrating external access for boards after past difficulties with other file-sharing platforms. Ultimately, the discussion highlights a push for greater digital transparency and better preparation through improved technical infrastructure.
The TownUndergound fully supports Ouellette’s request and suggestions. In the past I have asked that residents have access to this information prior to planning board meetings.
