Public hearing on an application for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for approximately 40 sq. ft. of permanent wetland impact, 38,026 sq. ft. of temporary wetland impact and 66,964 sq. ft. of wetland buffer impact for equipment access and work pad placement associated with the proposed structure replacements located within the Conservation Overlay District for the 380 & 326 Transmission Line in the areas of Dan Hill Road, Severance Drive, Colonial Drive, Seasons Lane. B.
