Another Planned Unit Development (PUD) will be discussed at Wednesdays Planning Board meeting. The first PUD was Woodmont Commons which has changed many times since it’s approval years ago. The second PUD, Technology Hill, was rushed through with special meetings of the Planning Board.

The Planning Board will discuss the conceptual plans. Residents will not be allowed to offer any input, since the Planning Board does not allow public comment on conceptual projects.
